I grew up and enjoyed reading food labels. It was one of my nerdy enjoyments of life. When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease it became necessary. Being relatively familiar with food labels and ingredients, it was still hard discerning truly gluten free products. Though manufactures are doing better with putting out lists of gluten free items and labeling their products, to simplify the process of hunting down lists from manufactures I've created a page with links.
